I purchased a gift card from Walmart and they told me to Call vanilla and vanillaTold me to call Walmart passing the buck It's already been more than five days and no one is refunding my money. Trying to get through chat. It doesn't allow me trying to call. The number. Doesn't allow me. I will not purchase cards from Walmart again to email to anybody.

Spoke with customer service twice regarding the situation. First of all, what is written is the fine print is false. The card doesn't work for Google Pay. Second, the card cannot be used for transactions if any. I am very disappointed with the purchase and with the way customer service dealt with my issues. Will never purchase the card again.

I am very upset. I read everything about this e card and then after I purchase it I can't use it for what I needed. I needed a card that could be used at any retail store for anything. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. won't purchase again

It's use is extremely limited, the only website I could get it to work on was Amazon, thank god. No other on-line retailers, not apps like uber, I couldnt even add it to my Google Pay wallet, even tho it says you should be able to.

Dissatisfied
I didn't like that I wasn't able to view and print my e- card. I wasn't able to get my refund either. The customer service rep didn't know how to do a refund as requested?

Don't buy if want for online use
Purchase e-gift for someone to use online and then they was told couldn't be used online that can't use it basically out the money

Its garbage do not buy this it will not work on Google Play store and it won't work on every shopping app and it wont work on every online website

You can't use it anywhere. I had it declined at Walmart. It's not worth my time to figure out how and where I can use it. Never again!!
