Always an issue. transaction won't process, they canceled the purchase, they rejected the purchase. They took the funds out of your balance. canceled the purchase and you wait 2 weeks for it to go back to your balance. augh!!!

I have been scam out of $ 36.84 by this I send it to my nephew for Father's Day and he hasn't received it. And neither Walmart or Vanilla Visa wants to take responsibility. I got it through Walmart the payment on my bank statement when to Walmart, so who Is pocketing my nephews money?

this is not only a misleadimg e gift card because it cant be printed and added to your google wallet and claims to be able to. having a visa logo you would think it can be used just lile amy other visa, not even close, you can only use it online and with select small list of retailers. if you even try to use it somewhere they dont accept it they will put you on a "permanent hold" and want to semd you a paper check... defeating the purpose of an "e" anything. unacceptable service because its about useless.

piece of crap...I purchased egift card and wasted my money, would not work..money was on it but would not work, Walmart customer service is unavailable to help cause it a "3rd party card" , so i asked Walmart, why would a successful company like you all, would sell something that will take people HARD EARNED MONEY like that...doesn't make sense!!!! Walmart you should be ashamed for selling Vanilla Gift cards, cause it makes you look bad 👎

I bought a $50 card I only spend $20 of it then out of nowhere they froze the gift card so I could t use it this was in January and its now April and I still don't have my other $30 I had left to use they say no refunds and no exchanges no returns so I guess I'm out $30 and they came up on me

I ordered this March 7, and I still haven't received it. This is really unacceptable. Why can't you just cancel the order and start over? You have my money. I had a similar thing happen with Walgreens, but they immediately sent a new gift card. I am afraid to order from you again, and I am a Walmart Plus member.

DO NOT PURCHASE. This egift card does not work. You cannot use it to purchase anything online. I tried to obtain help from Walmart and from the help center for the Vanilla Visa egift card and both were totally unhelpful. Also, a quick search online shows that the Vanilla Visa gift card has many complaints with many customers reporting no resolution.

You cannot add it as a card on your mobile wallet like it says you can. You cannot get cash back, and it cost you money to buy, but the person cannot use it the full amount due to the purchase needing to be less than the amount on the card? Will not buy again. It is not a Walmart issue it is a visa issue.

I i found this difficult to redeem, I needed a sum of money to pay a bill. I didn't have access to my debit card. I thought this could be an option. It did not solve my problem because of the difficulty and redemption at one point I even had my order canceled and found it difficult to trace where my money went if it was refunded back to my account to the store to Visa or where it went still haven't figured that out.
