Vanilla® Visa® $25 Red Bowtie Gift Card (Plus $4.84 Purchase Fee)

I bought three. When i went to activate. There was an error and would not activate. I called customer service and they said it would take 3-5 days to be reviewed and activated. I am dissappointed and this should not happen. These cards are used for easy, quick, and connivence. These cards were for little girls birthday on vacation and now they can't use them like we promised. I will not be buying vanilla again from walmartt.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY - I ordered four of these cards. None of them work. The card company will not give you your money back. It's a scam, and due to Walmart's policies it's either impossible or very difficult to get this taken care of. These need to be removed from the website.

First the delivery was longer than expected. Then when I finally received the cards they would not work. I talked with Walmart who said they have been having problems and to try again the next day, still could not activate. Call Vanilla and started a claim. They asked for more information, I sent everything they needed and they still kept saying they never received the information, finally after the 6th time they replied that the information was received. When I went to check on it again they said they did not received the information. I sent it again two more times. I still do not have this resolved.

These cards are a scam, I intended to gift my daughter as a part of her graduation gifts and was immediately disappointed when being told the card was not able to be used because of an issue with the seller not putting the funds into the card at the point of sale, So I couldn't activate the card. Then, they will tell you to call the card and ask you for ridiculous amounts of personal identity information (DO NOT provide that) as being the only way for them to load the card., don't fall for it, just deal with Walmart for a refund because you have not received the item %26 services that you paid for. Only purchase gift cards in-store.

I sent this gift card of $25 to my grandson in California and he's not able to access it I don't understand what's really going on there's a very first time I've ever had this kind of problem I'm going to definitely report this. cuz it's totally ridiculous when you're trying to send a gift card for your relatives birthday and they can't even use it!;

Recieved my gift cards and could not activate them to use them on vacation. called the number on the card, they where useless. Kep saying they had to open a case, but i needed my receipt info. I ordered them through the walmart app, so of course no receipt just order number. Will never order again.

Does not activate. The card's customer service requires a receipt (For which there is none on walmart.com) and then want you to go through an extremely complicated process including giving all of your personal contact information only for them to do nothing about it. Walmart does not help either as they won't accept returns and do not provide receipts.

got do you support my granddaughters as a gift for Halloween, when my son took the girls to get there gifts, the cards would not work, cashier told my son that a lot of the vanilla cards were having problems now. I am returning for a refund as soon as I can get with my son to get me the cards. this is ridiculous! I'm all limited income and disabled I can't go where I want to go when I have to go there sometimes. Walmart is becoming a big joke!

Bought two $50 gift cards that weren't activated and couldn't be activated through the customer service representative because something was wrong with them. Bought them to use as gas cards and was on the road when realizing they didnt work. Still don't have my money back.

card would not activate. customer service stayed the card was not charged with the $25 that I purchased it for let alone the four dollars and change for just purchasing it thank heavens I didn't wait and give it to my grandchildren for Christmas and wanted it to be ready to go. representative wanted my name and birthdate before they could even open a case number. Which of course I'm not going to give them my date of birth. That's PII information. I didn't have to give the birthdate when I purchased the card. I think this is a scam. Don't purchase through them.
