I bought this for a friend whose disabled %26 wheel chair bound in home. I bought it online %26 sent it to him via email as a gift. All he had to do was open the email %26 get the card info right off of it %26 use it. It was super easy for me to purchase %26 have sent %26 for him to use online for whatever he needed/wanted. Having this option really helps make his life easier.

The first gift card I used worked great on my Google Pay for tap to pay. The 2nd one I jumped through hurdles to try to use it for tap to pay and kept telling me I could use online only. I tried to contact Walmart help center with no response or help. Exsaperating is my rating in regards to the second card.

I bought this product online and for its convenience, they sent me an e-card, and I was unable to access my funds on it ! The worst part of it is that I had faith in Walmart and sent this e card as a gift to a friend, then was informed that they couldn't use the card at all ! So I have a zero rating until I'll either refunded or access to the original ecard initiated and I can access the funds !

Could not add to Google Wallet, Samsung wallet nor Apple Pay. After failing to added the card multiple times the company deactived then cancelled the card. Now I'm waiting for a refund via CHECK that can take up to 30 days and it's only for the value of the gift card but not the additional $4 fee. Customer service is nasty and bordline useless.

I ordered a 50$ and it would not add to wallet or purchases online! I called vanilla and checked! Shows active and available he said!! But wouldn't work and I asked could he cancel that one and reissue me another and he said no! Nothing else I can do he said!!!

Got this as a gift for my wife, and she hasn't been able to get it to work anywhere in the 5 days she has been trying to use it... it says its active, everything looks like it should work, but then every single transaction gets denied, and walmart doesn't allow a refund so it feels like a trap now instead of a gift.

Walmart.com -Order 200014331080583 I was emailed the information on my card but when I click the access button on the card to get the info it sends me to an unavailable Target gift cards website that I can't do anything with and I can't find any other way to access the card

I bought a vanilla e gift card and when they emailed me the info to get access to my card. The link was broken. They say you can't return or get refund. We will see when my lawyer contacts them. People spending money expect to get what they pay for!! Apparently this is a third party transaction and the link to access the card is target.com. They however are telling me to contact Walmart because the card was purchased from them. 😡😡😡😡

cc company cancel the gift card for checking the balance on a website.. said would mail me a refund.. 2 weeks later no refund recontacted they said they changed their mind and I now had the credit available wish I don't want or need I want my refund but they said no.. you were at the mercy once they have your money they can cancel the card deny the card anything and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it
