This was the first time sending an electronic gift card. it was fast easy and it was tecieved immediately which was so important. in this day in age where mail and packages ard stolrn all thd time, an electronic gift. ard is the wsy to go from now on!

The first gift card I used worked great on my Google Pay for tap to pay. The 2nd one I jumped through hurdles to try to use it for tap to pay and kept telling me I could use online only. I tried to contact Walmart help center with no response or help. Exsaperating is my rating in regards to the second card.

I ordered a 50$ and it would not add to wallet or purchases online! I called vanilla and checked! Shows active and available he said!! But wouldn't work and I asked could he cancel that one and reissue me another and he said no! Nothing else I can do he said!!!

there are limitations to what the money can be spent on... which is absolutely ridiculous. also it can be tricky to use at times. when using online some site request a zip code associated with the card etc. which there isn't one associated with it it's just a mess it takes it one time and doesn't let it snacks. just a complete hassle with an additional $4 wasted as a fee on the initial purchase. also not the easiest to get the last little bit of money off. multiple transactions in the store not ideal. but it's what you got to do. 100% not worth it. send cash instead. the loved one who is receiving the money will appreciate it more than this trash card.

I bought a vanilla e gift card and when they emailed me the info to get access to my card. The link was broken. They say you can't return or get refund. We will see when my lawyer contacts them. People spending money expect to get what they pay for!! Apparently this is a third party transaction and the link to access the card is target.com. They however are telling me to contact Walmart because the card was purchased from them. 😡😡😡😡

Walmart.com -Order 200014331080583 I was emailed the information on my card but when I click the access button on the card to get the info it sends me to an unavailable Target gift cards website that I can't do anything with and I can't find any other way to access the card

Can't use the full amount of digital Visa cards. The visa customer service department wouldn't even combine 15 digital Visa cards I have with $1-1.95 left on each digital card totaling over $25, and you aren't able to use gift cards in your apple wallet unless purchase amout is less than the value left on visa digital gift card. Kind of a ripoff…

I was really excited about this Vanilla Visa $25 Red Swirl Gift Card with email delivery, but it was a total hassle. The email with the card details was super hard to find—buried in spam, with no clear subject line or easy access. Then, when I finally got it, the card kept declining for no apparent reason on multiple sites, even though I hadn't used it yet. It's not worth the $3.84 fee for all this frustration. It was a big letdown—I won't buy again.

This card was bought to use online for gaming. That's what vanilla visa are known for being the one gift card that can be used on online gaming and gambling. No casino no PlayStation no Xbox nothing. On this one!!! There's no small print that says it nothing so if that's what your planning on using it for don't buy it
