Vanilla® Visa® $50 Purple Box Gift Card (Plus $4.84 Purchase Fee)

I cannot get out to go to the store to buy anything.So gift cards are my way of showing my love to my family. I have. Seven brothers and sisters, two grown boys %26 their wives and 6 grandchildren and seven great Grandchildren and thirteen and nephews and the list goes on.

I tried to use the card but couldn't because gift cards online are not exactly Visa. It required a pin to use it. So when activating be sure to get a pin just in case. Fast food online orders were the mostly the problem but easily solved if you get a pin from the start l

The package is cute with the purple gift on the giftcard however, the card itself does not look the same. It was a pea green with glitter stripes. I have ordered gift cards in the past where it matches the outside pack. next time ill choose a plain silver and buy a box or gift card holder instead.

You can't use it everywhere and it is more difficult than the Mastercard that you just activate %26 use. Sometimes it asks you for a pin %26 other time it doesn't need it. Checking the balance online is a pain because the site has frequent technical issues.

Activating it is a nightmare. Money not loaded to card. Called to activate and said there was a error. Phone help activating I needed to call THE NUMBER WHERE after a 20 minute call I need to send address verification (utility bill,) copy of front and back of the card and invoice copy from Walmart.com They will send out a new card taking up to 6 weeks.

It's a complete scam. I spent 50 was only good for 25. It's a problem they've been aware of for years. They have no live customer service, no email option, and no option to request a refund. Their website conveniently doesn't allow you to report these problems.

This Visa card won't activate. It says I have to be in United States. Last time I checked California is in the united states. I haven't checked the second one yet. Tried to get ahold of someone to talk to waited on hold for over an hour. Was not happy with the whole experience. First of all it said it wouldn't be here on time for Christmas so I had to get a ride go down there the other two Walmart canceled in shipping. And got the two. I wanted 4 I got 6 $ 50 gift cards and the two I kept won't activate. The 25$ one I gave to my friend won't activate.

Complete waste of time ordered 3/4weeks ago asked for refund bc who waits that long ? Sent refund and reversed refund bc the card shows up a day later? So I call to activate discover it's unload able which was only reason I bought it! So later I went on Walmart to buy phone cords n few smacks n it never went through which was less than %2650s so I went online come to find out the had a “ hold” on it! For what thinking these banks are SLL TRIPPING STILL WAITING FPF CHECKING ACCOUNT W ANOTHER BANK GIVING ME RUN AROUND FOR WEEkS! Going to stiffy money under mattress or freezer I despise banks bigger robbers vs Bonnie and Clyde ! Rant over lol

Shows it was delivered but I never got it. I chatted with customer and they were to send me an email with a e-gift card. This is second day and still haven't heard from them

It took over 10 days to get this item and I sent it back. They did not want to return it because it was a gift card, but they did because it didn't come when it was supposed to.
