I haven't owned a slip for 30 years, so that is where my perspective comes from. This is static-filled and short. But it worked really well as a slip under my sweater dress from Talbots. Stopped the dress from clinging or riding up my crotch. Success! Finally, it is super comfortable. Feels good on my skin. I like the fabric. It's just short and you will static-shock everyone you touch. Size up 1 size.It will still hug you perfectly and electrify.
Loved the slip, but a 2x was too small for me, hugged my body. Because of this, I will tell you that it runs small. I'm 215 lbs and 5'6" for reference. Material felt wonderful, however.
it is just a slip; but when you need a slip this one fits the bill. it hangs well and feels good on the skin. i hand was this type of thing and hang to dry. glad to have gotten it and another color to go with some of my thinner summer dresses.
this is on e of those things you don't know you need until you need it. i bought 2 and am glad i did. feels good on and washes up well ( i hand washed ) and hang to dry. pretty basic, needed slip
This runs quite small. I think it's Asian sizes. You might want to order two sizes up. It is stretchy though, so you might get away with only one size up. The two different neck lines are achieved by turning it backwards. That seems to work OK. The fabric has a nice, silky feel to it. It's also quite thick, for some modesty and warmth, aside from being very short. I needed it because my dresses have slits in them. It does show through the arm holes of my sleeveless dress. That might be because I have a too small size. The neckline is fairly low, but you wouldn't wanna really plunging dress with it, unless you want it to show.
This slip was not the quality I normally expect from Vanity Fair; however, I did purchase it from WalMart, so I guess I got what I paid for. The material is very synthetic, almost stifling; and I purchased a small when I probably should have got a medium although a larger size would not have fit as well under my dresses. It was overall a poor choice and I will have to chalk it up to indiscretion and frugality and just splurge for a nicer one elsewhere. It is also too long for petite sizes.
The slip is simply much smaller than I expected. I ordered a 2x and it was comparable to a medium. I love the fabric and the length so I reordered a 3x and I know it will fit. Just order two sizes larger than your regular size and you will be pleased.
This slip rides up every time I wear it. It's not slip material, the material clings to every outfit. I even ordered 2 sizes bigger, 2X, as I wear a size L, so that it wouldn't cling so much, but still did and I had to keep pulling it down every chance I got. Waste of my money 💰 🙄😤
This slip is not slip material! It's embarrassing how it rides up and gives NO COVERAGE under your clothes. You're constantly yanking and pulling to straighten it. Give me the days of silky nylon slips that stays in place! Had to return this slip even when I ordered a 2X instead of a L, thinking it would help. NOPE 😔🤷♀️
Why is this not in plastic bag? Why was this just thrown in the box? Is this a Walmart problem or a seller problem? Whomever is at fault here, please do better.
