Noisy when it rolls. It squeals. But it is convenient for use after laser hair removal or cool sculpting etc. Doesnt stay cool very long but it works long enough to be effective

It's also nice to be able to put the roller in the fridge and use it cold as well. I would definitely recommend this product, i really like it.

However, this product is very durable and the quality is a one. I love how you can use it on face and body and most definitely getting those under bags on face. This face and body roller does a job and I love it. Overall, I most definitely will recommend this product and it's great to use.

I've used this a few times on my face and it feels good on my skin. It rolls smoothly (I moisturize before use) however sometimes it squeaks. I do find getting the roller off to be a bit difficult to put in the freezer. I will keep using it especially since I got it on clearance for $6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been hearing about facial rollers and was excited to try this one b/c of the cold rolling. It was VERY cold at first, but you got used to it. I used it on my face, but in particular, under my eyes. The cold definitely de-puffed my eyes quickly. It's a big roller and holds the cold for more than 4 hrs. This is a great addition to my skin routine.

While it does work well and feels great, it does not stay cold more tjan 10 minutes. By the time I am done with one side of my face, I almost have to put it back in freezer to cool down again. So while I am okay with the results, I believe they could be improved. If it actually stayes cold longer, the puffiness would lessen even more.

This stated it stays cold for two hours—not true. After rolling on face it's warm very quickly. We're returning it.

Id give it 0 star if i could. Its still returnable, but my dog Layla loves to be massaged with it. It does not stay cold for no any hour. 20-30 minutes at best. I do not recommend.
