I love that it comes with 2 sets of magnetic shapes in case one is lost. I kind of wish some of the pages showed the color of which shape that way it were easier for younger kiddos to do, but I realize that's part of the challenge.
This is perfect to throw in the car with your kid to play with. The button is sturdy and holds it together. Good magnetic quality.

It is a different craft for children to express creativity.
We planned for this to be an activity for a car ride that was entertaining, challenging, and fun. There are foam shapes that are magnetic, which stick to the book that opens and snaps closed with a cute button. I would guess this would be good for a child from 3 to 8.
Great size for car travel. Didn't give 5 stars because some of the pieces didn't stick well…maybe needed better magnets
Loved this for our road trip. My five year old was a little young to understand the concept of copying the shapes from the book but enjoyed making her own up.
