Try Vanquish as I did 40 years ago
I have used Vanquish for over forty years. (I am now 81.) The blend of aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine is the only OTC medication that gives comfort to my headaches. I am not a coffee drinker. I take no medication other than Vanquish and at times I will take more than two caplets. There are dosage guidelines based on age.

BEST Headache Relief
Been using this after Excedrin had a recall years ago. This works like the old Excedrin of many years ago, and since I rarely get headaches, I need instant relief. Only wish it was widely available IN the store. When I need it, it would be great to be able to get it right away.

Vanquish is the best family ever I've ever used better than Tylenol or Advil or any other pain reliever. I use this product for several years and it's only one I trust to relieve pain when I need it the most.

They work just as well as Excedrin Tension for my tension headaches, and it's cheaper.
