Awesome purchase.

Delivery sub-par
The ladder racks were very good quality. Every metal part was good quality. 3 star rating - is for delivery. Since it was pretty heavy , delivery person was lazy and did not bring it by front door. It was left in driveway, where it could be stolen. Thankfully, left work early.
