Juzo Dynamic Armsleeve
I like the Juzo sleeve mainly because I can order it in a long length. The top band isn't too big, it's comfortable, controls my lymphedema, and comes in a longer length to overlap my glove.

I wore the Juzo Soft
I wore the Juzo Soft sleeve for a decade before switching to the Dynamic three years ago. Although the Soft sleeve is very comfortable, I prefer the Dynamic because my clothing isn't as clingy to it, yet the comfort level is the same. I also find the durability and color retention of the Dynamic superior to the Soft sleeve.

Effective while still being fairly comfortable
The silicone band holds the sleeve in place well even when I am exercising. It is a little irritating under the arm, but tolerable. The fabric is fairly soft. I will order this sleeve again.
