its easy to assemble but the char itself keeps on getting loosed bit easy fix and its a bike and its electric! Can be used manual or electric! very efficient and fast too!!!

I love this bike. i haven't gotten on a bike in 30 years, and when i nerd a break or a little help, it's fantastic. The bike goes fast, and the battery so far lasts a great while. I have no complaints worth every penny. I have been taking it out every day with my sons dirt bike. We have been having fun together.

This Bike is great for the money, very easy to put together, looks great and lots of fun to ride. Also has alot of free extras such as lights, lock, phone holder and air pump. I returned these items i purchased because the items free in the box was better than the items i purchased, big suprise. Great first E-Bike lots of fun. oh yes, also VERY FAST SHIPPING. I orderd on tuesday and it was at my door on saturday, this is fast shipping on the shipper, "NOT FEDEX".

This is a nice bike and good for my 11 year old. The size chart is wrong. If he would have 1 inch shorter he would not be able to ride this bike. He is 4 11. There was an allen wrench missing to install the handle bars, but we had one that fit. The back mud cover is warped and will not sit straight on the bike, so it is pointless to have on the bike. other than that, satisfied with the purchase. I did get 4 free gifts with purchase and the bike lock is nice. Now just have to find a cover for it. Not light weight enough to carry up stairs daily.

Really read the description carefully before you purchase on line because this vendor will not give you a refund. The e-bike has a mud flap over the back tire that is very flimsy plastic. Just a 10 minute ride draws a lot of battery. And if you do buy, here's a warning, make your calendar so you recharge the battery every 2 month! The instructions are difficult to follow and obviously written by a non English speaker.

this is the second bike I've bought and I'm so disappointed the first bike only lasted a couple months but with constant issues and needing tire replacement after almost every ride I bought a second and I can't even put it together because the bike seat is incorrect I have no way to attach my seat I am so positive this is a scam seller with a non legitimate business sending out trash products please please report this seller!!! they are terrible I've seen so many reviews now with the same issues I been having

The rider height range listed for this bicycle is way off. I'd say you need to be 5'3” or 5'4” at the very least to be able to ride it. Otherwise the construction seems fine. I didn't get to ride it because I couldn't even get into the seat with it all the way down.

the speed odometer went out the 2 nd day of me having it . Not to mention you guys charged me for 2 bikes when i ordered 1 now my account overdrawn and i cant return it. i need a refund like asap because my account is in the negative could you guys please solve the issue please

I haven't had this bike long and it's already acting bad The battery won't charge Tire inner tube is so thin it popped The box came with instructions for a different bike So can't even check on anything This purchase was not good seeing this kind of stuff happening this quickly is so disappointing

I just ordered the bike and opened it two days ago just to find out. That the bike is missing a piece that holds the center bolt in place for handling the bike it's a small but major piece for the bike. And I still haven't received it as of yet after calling around smh !!!!!
