bought this bike for my 9 year old daughter so she could keep up with us on long bike rides. She was able to go really far and the battery life is great! Stays at like 5 bars even on 17 mile bike rides. She uses the pedal assist more than the throttle. Has been her life saver.

Would give it 5 stars but the left petal was defective and I have not gotten a response from the company yet to see what they are going to do.
i can not remove the batery and it should be able to remove, maybe it is stuck
I am really disappointed. I bought this for my Son-in-law, who has epilepsy, and can't drive a car, so this was supposed to be his way to get to work. He says it's really hard to put together, the headlight's cracked %26 the parts to attach it and the fender are missing! I am going to try to contact the manufacturer, but he is in Florida, %26 I'm in SC
