[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nothing but great things to say about Vaseline's Excema Calming Lotion. My Excema keeps my hands feel extremely dry, itchy and uncomfortable. When you add that I wash my hands frequently so it's hard to keep them mosturized. Vaseline does a wonderful job.
I absolutely love this product...it has saved my hands this winter. I am a chronic hand washer, as well as a dry skin sufferer. Between the two, my hands are often cracked, bleeding and scabbed all winter long no matter how much cream and lotion I try to keep on them. This is the first product that actually works to heal my hands and keeps them from complete dehydration. I recommend to anyone, eczema or not!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vaseline® sure has come along way since petroleum jelly in a jar! I would have never dreamed that this Eczema Calming Therapy Cream would have worked better than the medicated and prescription remedies that I've tried. But it Did! Far better! The Barrier Repair Complex™ is genius! It creates an invisible barrier that not only effectively protects your skin but also strengths and moisturizes it! The cream itself is nice and thick but it quickly absorbs leaving no sticky or greasy residue at all - just soft, hydrated skin! And it instantly relieves itching and irritation. I'm finding myself reaching for this cream for everything from chapped, cracked skin to rashes & eczema flare ups. I love that the active ingredient in this cream is Colloidal Oatmeal! Oatmeal has so many soothing benefits to the skin and it really helps calm redness too! Plus this cream is hypoallergenic & has no fragrance so it's perfect for even the most sensitive of skin. Vaseline® really hit a home run with this cream!
I used to use Gold Bond Ultimate Eczema Relief Hand Cream, which worked real well. However, since trying this new product Vaseline® Clinical Care™ Eczema Calming Lotion, I really, really LOVE IT! It's the best cream (not lotion) out there! It is non greasy and lasts even through some hand washings! I am impressed! Vaseline really did a good job on helping those of us with eczema. :)
I have suffered from seasonal eczema since I was a teen. That is over 40 years. I picked a tube of this up and figured I would give it a try. I had the bumps and itchy rash starting on my left middle finger. I started by applying a dab three to four times a day and the rash was gone in 3 days and hadn't spread. This is the best results I've ever had with a none prescription cream.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter just turned 16 and has suffered from eczema her entire life. We have used many different products but the Vaseline Eczema Calming Cream has very fast absorption giving quicker itch relief than other products we have tried. I appreciate how it strengthens the skin barrier with it's unique formulated barrier repair complex and I especially love that it is unscented and is made for dry, sensitive skin that my daughter suffers from. Anything with too much scent bothers her allergies and asthma so this product is great in this aspect also. I was not familiar with this product before receiving it through Viewpoints. I am glad I got the chance to have my daughter try this product out with her skin issues because I wasn't aware of it and may never would have tried it. I will definitely keep using this product as necessary for my daughter's dry skin and eczema flare ups. Sometimes during the year are better than other times so I will make sure to keep some on hand when needed. I definitely recommend the Vaseline Eczema Calming Cream to anyone who suffers from dry, itchy skin or eczema skin problems.
I have several fairly large spots of eczema, which are insanely itchy. The worst is on my arm, an area about the size of the bottom of a typical drinking glass. I have others spots, maybe about 12 total. I am prescribed strong steroid cream, which works but it comes back fast and worse. I am highly skeptical of all OTC creams and treatments as literally all of them have done nothing in the past. That said. I started using this Vaseline Eczema Calming 3 days ago. In that time, with no other use of steroid creams, it has reduced this hot spot on my arm to about 10% of what it was. The other areas I have are far less itchy, though have not had as a noticeable difference as this area on my arm. Again, only 3 days applying 2-3 times a day. I am not sure if editing is allowed in comments. I am going to follow up in a couple weeks. But this is the first time I am actually impressed with the result of an OTC lotion. If editing is not allowed, I will write a new review. But based on my experience so far, I can only recommend people give this a try. Literally 3 days in, and I am this happy? Never happens with me, lol. I received no bribe or incentive for this review. I cannot stand those type of reviews.
This works the best out of any product I have ever used. My skin is extremely dry, cracked and itchy, but I use this and have smooth hands. I have recommended this products to my daughters and my grandson (who uses it regularly too). It has made such a big difference for all of us and it doesn't sting or burn like so many others. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE A THING ------IT REALLY WORKS..
Smaller container than I thought it would be.
When i got this cream it is already expired.
