I was diagnosed with edima of the leggs swelling and open wounds they used this at the clinic for 2months when discharge they gave me a small bottle of but was getting low it worked great so I ordered more ,a bigger bottle I treat my wounds which have now healed this stuff works great thanks.

A nurse recommended this for a pressure wound. It works well, much better than other products I've tried. It feels very soothing and cooling when applied. The price is somewhat high, but I'm satisfied with the results. The product was shipped in a bubble mailer and bottle was sealed in a plastic bag. I give an A just for that!

This was recommended by my husband's podiatrist. I like the flip top which is easy to open with one hand. It does seem to help with healing as before I was using just a saline wash. If I find any negatives, I will amend my review. If works well, I will add a new bottle to my "first aid kit" , which is extensive since %231, I am a nurse and %232, my husband is accident prone!

I suffer from a skin autoimmune disease that requires wound care, and vashe is the go-to for cleaning my ulcers. Im so glad it is as it doesn't affect the good skin and does not have strong odor or sting like other cleansing agents have in the past. My only negative thing about it is I wish it wasn't so expensive as i use a lot of it or offer coupons 😀
