Good quality, but order one size larger.
Very good quality. Comfortable and durable. Pay attention to their remarks that it tends to run a little small. I ordered a 3X and it was just right for me. Normally, I use 1X or 2X. The belt easily will adjust for a smaller size. Best to get a size larger that what you wear.

Runs about 2 sizes small, so order bigger size
Runs smaller than I anticipated. Based on my experience, I advise to order up two sizes higher than your waist size. I wear a 34 waist in pants and Large Size still too small. If you wear a medium like me, order the XL. Other reviews said it ran small so I say go up 2 sizes bigger. I like the material and quality of the shaper belt. I will return and re-order. Hope this saves you that step!
