When I got this item out of the box and prepared it to set it up a little knob on the outside of the pedal was missing so it only had the other knob to hook to . well I've just had back surgery so I was unable to do what I could do to fix it up the best I could And in time I think it's gonna work just great but right now I have other things I gotta deal with and I'm looking forward to getting along with it. You can ask me later if you want. If another plastic strap could be replaced that that would be helpful because it would have two hooks on it then.
This is a very well made product and highly effective in working the intended muscles, whether arms or lower legs. The ability to adjust the tension couldn't be easier. Both my husband and I use it regularly to maintain flexibility and prevent muscle loss.
Great product. Keeps the circulation going good in your legs. Sit in the comfort of your own home while you are doing at least something to improve your health. Great for rainy days when you can't get out to walk.
This was recommended by a friend from a nurse that told her to get it for her 95 year old husband. I tried it out and really liked it so I bought one for my husband and I to use.
The peddle machine was easier to use than I thought.Iam 78 yrs old %26 I get a nice little work out with my legs %26 arms/ shoulders.Been using it every day %26 hoping it will help with my walking %26 balance problems. My granddaughter has also recently bought one at the Walmart store %26 is quite satisfied with it also.
This is a decent alternative to a recumbent bike. I thought I would give a try since it has amazing reviews on Amazon from thousands of people have purchased it. I am using it for rehab and getting into shape. It's worth it. I was surprised at the quality and potential durability. This was the right decision for me.
Easy to assemble, the price is adequate, but tends to get stuck after peddling for a while. Once it's oiled, it tends to work better. There's a tendency for the machine to pull the chair forward during usage, despite being adjusted tightly to the chair. Would recommend it for low impact exercise to strengthen and alleviate knee issues.
Not recommended if you have any knee or keg issues. Really liked the product but han to return. I have mobility issues and arthritis. Really painful for one of my knees.
Part missing unable to use.
not useful for leg workout for 83 year old man
