So far this is a great buy.

The item used and damaged. The second cameras bottom was completely off and parts were falling out of it.

The monitor doesn’t hold a battery for more than 5 minutes without being plugged in after 5 months of use.

Bought 1 for myself and relatives... My sister in law's monitor would take forever to charge to full even with USB-C, but adapter included isn't a fast charger... My aunt's monitor lost connection once or twice when she got far (one end of the house to the other). My Brother's is fine, no complaints... Mine had a super loose and flimsy kickstand? Overall, kinda laggy and grainy quality...

The charger broke after 5 months and Vava wouldn't do anything to replace it. SO dissapointing!

Not so great customer service from manufacturer. A month after we purchased it the sound was no longer loud I could barely hear my baby cry. Contacted Vava and they told me there wasn’t anything they could do because it wasn’t purchased at Walmart. Not even a year later and it will not stay charged even on the charger it will stop charging and die. I have confirmed that it is not the chargers issue but the monitors. We did purchase the extended warranty through Walmart and contacted them, however they informed me that it should still be under warranty with manufacturer. So I reached out again to vava and they completely brushed me off again saying they couldn’t help because it wasn’t purchased directly from them. Also this monitor is pretty basic and not my favorite. I don’t like that it doesn’t alert you if there is movement/sound.

I have had this camera for less than 7 months and it will not hold a charge. Very disappointing and frustrating. Will not be recommending this one.
