This product is truly time saver. It easily chops, grinds, mince and mix ingredients needed for cooking. It can easily be assembled and washed. I highly recommend this product as it is worth the price.

This was a gift for my sister, but as we are housemates, I have the inside track on it's benefits. No drawbacks as of yet. She wanted a smaller unit that can sit easily out without a bulky thing taking up a lot of space. That is exactly what she wanted and she really like its.

This has totally replaced my cheese grater. It evenly shreds the cheese to perfection while maintaining my desired size and texture of the shredded cheese. I also use it for many of my burger recipes. It does wonders, processing even tougher vegetables like cucumbers. Taking it apart to clean it is seamless as well.

6- cup capacity is just the right size for the dishes I prepare. Sturdy suction cups holds the chopper in place. Wonderful for chopping or shredding most foods for salads, salsa, hummus and soups and stews. A time-saver for sure! Great quality for the price. Glad I bought it.

This is supposed to be a 5-cup machine. I used the "S" blade and filled it with four cans of GV canned chicken chunks and some mayonnaise; I don't know how many cups that is. It came to about a half-inch from the top. The machine wouldn't turn on. So, I removed half of the chicken and mayonnaise and it ran very quickly. Once this was done I then added the rest of the chicken and mayonnaise and got the pate I was looking for. This is the only blade I'll probably ever use as I hate to cook or prepare foods; therefore, I can't say anything about the use of the others. The only problem I can see is that the directions say to use it for a maximum of one minute and let it rest for two. As all original Star Trek fans know, the manual rarely gives you the maximum. I'm quite sure I used it for a bit more than a minute with no problem. However, it seems to me that that one minute IS a problem; if you're making mush (pate), you probably aren't going to fill the bowl before that minute runs out (as I found). No matter what you're making, you're supposed to wait for two minutes after having used it for that single minute; it seems to me that there will be a great deal of waiting time if you're doing a good deal of prep work.

I opened the package, set everything up, and turned it on, but it didn't work. My husband checked and found it was damaged inside. I was given a defective product and couldn't use it. I thought it was new and would work. That's why I threw away the packaging. Now, will they give me a return or refund?

This "food processor" is garbage. The bowl is 3.5 cups, flimsy build, no blade height adjustments. Pain in the butt to "line up". I highly recommend getting something else for the same money. It might however work for nut grinding, but the bottom blade leaves too much of a floor gap so not all of the nuts get chopped. (Yes, I tried it with pecans) Also, you are NOT getting anything normal size into th chute unless it's say a Carrot. The rest will need to be cut to fit.

I have no idea who yall pay to do descent reviews but let me just say I'm not a Karen! This should be taken off the shelves! Absolutely horrible! Wouldn't even grind up soft chicken let alone cheese! DO NOT BUY!! ABSOLUTELY A PEICE OF JUNK!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I put it together and used it the first night for a couple shredded carrots and then today but I washed it gently last evening and let it dry I set it on the table and I was trying to put it together for what seem like 20 minutes and I'm like this is weird cuz I had didn't have hardly any trouble clicking it in place last evening so I had cut my fingernails I didn't realize but one of my cuticles was like bleeding really bad all over the processor so I'm like I need to call or email them because this plastic piece you know I was just trying to get it in the slot like I did last night and for whatever reason I was kind of turning it around trying like different positions so maybe it would go in some way easier but I mean I tried and now the witch called it that piece of sticks out that goes inside of the machine part that plastic piece actually broke off and so I believe I need that replacement part or whatever you can replace for me.

I ordered this because it was a smaller version and it also supposedly had everything that I wanted. It does not dice there are no blades for that all it does is cut thin there's one cutting blade there's a shredding blade and there's a blade to chop up me. That's not what I ordered
