This was my very first time ever buying furniture online, and I'm so glad I went with this one. Couch is very big and comfortable, our family of four fits easily on it. Kids love it too and are always lounging on it after school. I was a little worried about how it would hold up with my cats, but so far it's been good. Definitely worth it if you want a cozy, stylish couch without spending a crazy amount

I bought this on 50% sale. It was a bear to assemble. I like it that it is new. The pillows are lumpy and the back rest is too low to really be comfortable. However, I needed a lounge area in front of the tv, more like a bed and this product fulfills that function.

After steaming the couch to get the wrinkles out, it is a really attractive and comfortable couch. The assembly took about 6 hours..which was way more than we imagined. If you're willing to put in the effort between building and steaming, then it's worth the lower price. But if you're looking for a pre-built couch or easy assembly, you will probably need to spend more on something else. It is super comfortable and is a really nice size! Fabric is a little different than pictured, but not bad. I'm happy I got it now that the hard part is over with lol.

We took 6 f hours to set the couch and it was very stressful but it's big and I loved!

Wrong parts came with it and it is just sitting half put together until I receive the replacement. A little disappointed because I gave my other couch away the night before it was supposed to be assembled. So I am sitting without furniture to sit on. I have paid someone to assemble it but now have to pay him to come back out. I was told I was going to receive a refund for that first assembly so I could pay for him to come back out. But I still have not received the refund. It looks like a decent couch, but I will update when it's fully put Together.

The couch takes a while to assemble and only comes in two packages. The pillows for the back of the couch aren't even the right size and do not expand correctly. The filling is in blocks and you can feel them.

Looks like the picture but super uncomfortable and backrest is so short, and thats coming from someone who is very short. The most frustrating part is I've emailed inquiring about a return and no response : /

Arrived without assembly guide. Also arrived with a hole in the cover. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Took forever to assemble because I didn't have instructions.

I had so much expectations about this product. BUT i researched for pet friendly and is NOT you can't take out the covers to wash them. The parts came defective, and they don't come properly labeled. Don't think is fluffy at all, some of the cushions come empty . Definitely NOT recommended
