I love these more than the gel version because this one last 3 hours. I however find it abit difficult to insert it inside. I wish they would make something like an applicator.

Seems to work
I use these, and they seem to work thus far. You do have to wait 10-15min so the film may dissolve. Good alternative to other BC in my opinion.

so far so good... my husband and i use it with the femcap we chose this method for non hormonal birth control

When nursing is hard to find no hormone contraceptives and somwthing that is easy to use.

Positive experience! Non hormonal BC
Bought for a friend who was struggling to find not hormonal birth control. She said it seems to work well , only had tried it as a secondary form, But she feels it's a safer route than hormonal BC.

Redness %26 Discomfort
Caused some discomfort and redness in both my partner and i. Gave it multiple chances before we decided to try an alternative. Definitely not for us.

difficult to use. Have to force pushing it in and most times gets wet and soft yet not in and will have to use another. may havr to have an applicatir for easy use.

Basically turns into a glue like substance and ruins the experience by sticking you together. The reviews posted by others are fake. These are absolutely terrible.
