I did not buy these to use as placemats. I got them to line a small bookshelf and to use as doilies. These mats are easy to cut so you can cut out shapes and such and make them your own. I have one on top of the microwave to keep it free of scratches/dust. I really love the deep blue color. To clean them I just swish them around in sudsy water and air dry. These placemats are very practical and are a good purchase.

These are really nice. They were a gift for a friend whos outside patio are Navy colors. She already bought some place mats so I will be returning these. But they are of good quality and look expensive.

This is the 2nd set of these i've purchased. one set for my house and another set for an apartment rental.

They are a great material, easy to clean and they don't stain like the cloth ones. The color options were perfect for our color scheme.

I really like these. I love the color and texture and they clean with just a wipe with a damp cloth. Also, they're reversible and a Great price!!

I like that they are easy to wipe clean, wash and dry. I dont like that they dont keep their placements and move around a lot. With a 2yr old and an active 6yr old eater, that is an issue. We have to vacuum the dining room after meals as food rolls off when the mat moves.

The size of it is great. So many placemats are too small. It doesn't show spots like my old darker placemats that are made of the same plactics that are woven. It is just that it was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a smooth finish, like a plastic placemat. It looked smooth in the picture but isn't. The woven finish is very hard to clean when food gets spilled on it which is the only problem.
