Beats my old scanner which costs three times more than the Vident. Also, three years free updates is three times better than my old scanner's one year update.

great product for the price. haven't used all the features yet. only negative so far , the battery doesn't last very long.

I have been using various diagnostic tools, this is by far the best and most versatile scanner I have ever used. It supports a wide range of cars in my auto shop, making it easy for me to handle different makes and models. The scanner has already proven its value and paid for itself.

We primarily use GM vehicles, but this device supports a wide range of vehicles. It is well-built and comes with outstanding and pleasant customer support. The price is competitive considering the numerous functions it offers. The battery life is good, and it has excellent connectivity. One notable feature is its bi-directional control, and it also has Bluetooth capability, allowing you to move around the car without being tethered. Overall, it has too many features to list.

I rated it 5 stars for its capabilities. I was completely unable to understand it. This product has rich features, which made me nervous because I didn't want to make any mistakes. This is excessive for the average weekend mechanic. The overall experience was very pleasant though.

has some features that read live data but as soon as you start the vehicle or try to connect with the vehicle running it disconnects.

The iFind feature hangs up, the scanner is supper slow, long live data lag, ineffective support, IMMO doesn't even work on a 99 Lexus RX300. Also following the remote customer support function doesn't link and contacting via email is very difficult because they're in Asia and takes them a whole day to answer emails. I'm not even sure they fully understood the issue in my email and give me the same instructions to access support via their https://start.teamviewer.com/ link that doesn't work and cannot find the partner ID needed to establish a link. This unit is going right back to Walmart.

said it had my car info... it Did not!! I gave it 1star only because they gave me a full refund but it took over 2 weeks.
