Vebreda 54 in. Portable Basketball Hoop System, 7.5 - 10 ft. Height Adjustable

I was not expecting this to be so heavy duty and legit, but it is the real deal! It's huge and very robust. The instructions were a bit confusing and the pictures hard to see because they are black and white. Plus you will need tools and will need some one to help because it's very heavy to get standing up. But we have a lot of fun now so it was worth it!

So far, very happy with the purchase. The package was not damage during delivery. Made of good quality materials. Looks like it's going to last a long time. The instructions manual can be a bit clearer. Some of the screw looks very similar. I spent the first 20 minutes labeling each screws pertaining to the letters according to the manual. I highly suggest you take this step. Once labelled, follow the instruction to the T and should be done in 2 hours.

Directions not clear and piece is broke that will not allow me to continue assembly. Company has NOT reached out as CSR stated and $250 later my son still not don’t have his court set up and this was his BIG Christmas present!! I need some assistance now

the instructions were pathetic especiall the S and T mounting instructions and the mounting of the link block. Luckily i found pictures on the walmart internet site that i used to assemble the Vebreda 54 inch basketball hoop system.Get better pictures and wording. the actual metal and backboard are well made and sturdy.

Basketball hoop itself is great! My son picked this one out himself and has spent hours playing in the driveway. However, if you are thinking of ordering the assembly fee for someone to do it, DON'T!!! We did, because we had a super busy schedule around the time of the hoop delivery, so we decided it would be easier to have someone put it together. Biggest mistake! At time of purchase, no company was mentioned that would be putting it together. A company calls and says they would be coming within a few days-never shows! Every few days we called, we were never given a date of install. After 2 weeks, I started asking Walmart for a refund, and they gave a completely different company name that they said the installation/assembly was through and to contact. I'm still currently doing the back and forth between Walmart and first company, and neither wants to acknowledge fault or give the refund back. Walmart is going as far as acting like I didn't purchase the assembly with hoop. While all of this is going on, WE have put the hoop together for our son to enjoy. All in all-hoop is great, using Walmart's assembly option is a giant headache and a waste of time.

it had damage and the base had a hole in it so the water was leaking out of it. the instructions was horrible it did have good labels on everything that helped but at the end the backboard was laying back and didn't look right so I saw the problem and figured out how to fix it all I had to do was remove one bolt in the post and turn it around and disconnect the height adjustment then replace it on the next post down. it's supposed to undisturbed but it had a damaged glass like it was hit by something but was not noticed after I put it together. it was delivered on time and the box is very heavy other than that I'm satisfied with it for the price it was.

The goal is nice now that it’s put together. But it came without instructions, the hardware wasn’t labeled or paired together with the washers and bolts, and it was missing several washers. It took all day to straighten everything out and put the goal together, and I had to supply more washers.

Took forever for this to deliver. Would not recommend at all. They use the worst delivery company imaginable. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days for my son's birthday, but it ended up taking almost a month. Completely dissatisfied, and my son was crushed.

Started leaking water from the base after about a month. Once the base lost water, the hoop became unstable. It already fell once and broke my car windshield, and now it has fallen again. This is not normal wear and tear, it’s a safety issue. Very disappointed in the durability.

I was allowed to place the order, received confirmation of the order along with expected delivery date, was notified on the delivery date that the item is being delivered late, then was notified two (2) days later that the order was cancelled by Walmart. I do not understand how Walmart can provide the availability for an item on order but then NOT be capable to deliver it and cancel the order.
