I was not expecting this to be so heavy duty and legit, but it is the real deal! It's huge and very robust. The instructions were a bit confusing and the pictures hard to see because they are black and white. Plus you will need tools and will need some one to help because it's very heavy to get standing up. But we have a lot of fun now so it was worth it!

Takes 3 hours to put together. The hoop is sturdy. It fell down due to strong winds and did not break or crack. The water gets collected in the base bolt location during rain. It may corrode the mounting bolts in a long run. Wish they could address this. All nuts are torque prevailing and this is a very good thing. height adjustment works well as of now. Dont know where the cap but goes.

Good quality item at a good price. Prices for basketball hoops were much higher at sporting goods stores I looked at. I was not looking to over spend on this since I am not sure how much I will end up using the hoop. Was looking for a decent quality basketball hoop at a decent price to start off with.

We got this for our son, 11 years old. It is awesome. We created a backyard court and this is the perfect finishing touch, really well made and easy to put together. The feature that raises and lowers the basket is great and our son can do it himself. My husband put it together by himself, with a little help from me.

Not the greatest quality. Kind of flimsy, also, not easy to raise and lower the hoop. Sadly, I would not buy this again and cannot say I would recommend this.

Directions not clear and piece is broke that will not allow me to continue assembly. Company has NOT reached out as CSR stated and $250 later my son still not don’t have his court set up and this was his BIG Christmas present!! I need some assistance now

it had damage and the base had a hole in it so the water was leaking out of it. the instructions was horrible it did have good labels on everything that helped but at the end the backboard was laying back and didn't look right so I saw the problem and figured out how to fix it all I had to do was remove one bolt in the post and turn it around and disconnect the height adjustment then replace it on the next post down. it's supposed to undisturbed but it had a damaged glass like it was hit by something but was not noticed after I put it together. it was delivered on time and the box is very heavy other than that I'm satisfied with it for the price it was.

Took forever for this to deliver. Would not recommend at all. They use the worst delivery company imaginable. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days for my son's birthday, but it ended up taking almost a month. Completely dissatisfied, and my son was crushed.

Started leaking water from the base after about a month. Once the base lost water, the hoop became unstable. It already fell once and broke my car windshield, and now it has fallen again. This is not normal wear and tear, it’s a safety issue. Very disappointed in the durability.

I was allowed to place the order, received confirmation of the order along with expected delivery date, was notified on the delivery date that the item is being delivered late, then was notified two (2) days later that the order was cancelled by Walmart. I do not understand how Walmart can provide the availability for an item on order but then NOT be capable to deliver it and cancel the order.
