although the product was not what I purchased when I received it in the mail I'm leaving a five-star because the customer service of Walmart is impeccable they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy so therefore they get five stars in my book.

It doesn't have the cool chrome like appearance in the pic just black with the green digital display for battery of case and each individual “pod/bud.” I think for the price (was on sale for $16 but with tax and shipping =$24) it is a great deal! I've been using them about a week for a few hours at a time and the sound quality isn't on the level of Apple AirPods or Beats but I'm satisfied and glad I purchased them. The case is a power bank so you can use it to charge your phone if need be. Takes about 1.5-2 hours to charge from near dead like when I received them but I will say the battery in the case and both ear pieces last longer than the old pair of Apple AirPods which have been nothing but trouble (worked fine and one day left pod just stopped working) and apple wasn't able to do much so probably throw them away. They feel a bit cheap but work better than I thought. If you want a cheap wireless pair these are a good investment, try to get them if they have the sale like I did though because they're normally $40 it said. Attached a pic, the screen is much brighter and better than the pic shows!

this is a great product that I have bought a Bluetooth headset and power bank combo, it saved me time and money for two separate things. this item is best combination of both a wireless Bluetooth headset and a power bank in one.

Dislike is the direction I am going. This package was delivered in the box only that the product came in. It was slightly torn in the corners, like it had been opened before,and it came from Las Vegas. I certainly hope it works for a period of time. My rating presently 2 stars and that depends on how long it functions. I will in the future be more cautios about purchasing from Walmart!

the sound randomly drops from one earbud. the charging cord is only 6 inches. the playtime is only 5hrs and I refuse to keep charging these things. you get what you pay for %23facts

package and case were damaged upon delivery.

Just received these I figured for the price I'd try them, well I can't even say I got what I paid for because they don't even work, original price of $40 you'd think they would work. I bought these for a child to see if they could be responsible and take care of them before buying a more expensive pair. Well I guess I learned my lesson I plugged them in to charge and nothing. I guess it's not the child I should be concerned about it should be the manufacturer, and Walmart for actually selling something that it is total rip off. Now I have to go through the aggravation of returning them. I should have read the reviews before purchasing because this is obviously a product that has a problem that they don't work, very disappointing No manufacturer name on instructions to even contact them. I'll be returning them and go by a name brand set that is trusted. and not through Walmart.

My first order of these was stolen and I was delivered just a empty box, so after waiting weeks for a replacement I am quite disappointed. Case looks cheap and I can't properly make out the numbers. Shuts off constantly and the charge display is visibly lifted. I just received them yesterday and will be sending them back tomorrow.

I in good faith can not be bought by the free 15$ gift card to walmart for a 5 star review. i bought these for my wife because of the reviews and they are horrible. they would disconnect after a minute or two than would unpair from her phone. the charging case is very cheaply made. she figured it was worth a shot to try them and she was so disappointed. the battey life on them isnt great either.

This just arrived and will not charge. The packaging included no means of contacting the company, even though I purchased a support plan. I will have no choice but to return the item if I am unable to get any assistance from the local store's customer service desk staff. I would not order small electronics from Walmart again.
