My suitcases came with the middle one damaged, but my replacement arrived less than a week later so great customer service. They are not as hard as I thought they would be, but I love the design on them.

I like it that the wheels don't easily break. I just wish inside has zipper to keep the clothes compact and contained.

This was great luggage for our cruise! It moved so nicely and was very sturdy to hold all of our stuff. I am so glad I purchased this luggage!

I absolutely love this set. It's lightweight even after packing. The 360 rolling wheels are amazing, and makes control effortless.

The suitcase set is beautiful and looks just like the photos. It seems sturdy and the wheel and handle work fine. It has a TSA lock. Have yet to fly with it to see if the wheels hold up. But when opening for the first time to pack, I noticed a strap inside was broken, so one half isn't strapped down when it's closed. The window to return/replace parts is already closed. should've inspected this item much sooner.

The design is very durable. Rolls very smoothly in all directions. The large and medium luggage have made it from Ohare to Tampa and back 4 times already. Still looks new, amazingly. Will be taking them on a cruise in October.

Product arrived in good condition and has the space needed. I like the color. We will be using in a couple weeks so will see how it holds up.

Good price but value depend on your needs. These didnt appear as strong/durable and some more expensive cases. If you are traveling with your luggage, eg car, train or bus, these could be good value given lower cost. However as checked in baggage when flying I had reservations they may not hold together. Walmart return process was easy, I bought what seem to be stronger cases but those cost more than twice price of these case.

The price for this luggage set is unbeatable! The only thing that I disliked about this luggage set was the top handles since one (1) of them broke when I picked it up while it was empty. (This could have been a random manufacturing error). Also the stitching for the zipper could be of better stitching quality.

I wanted my 11 year old to have her own luggage set without breaking the bank, however you do get what you pay for. This set didn't even survive the entire trip, when i got to my destination it came off the carousel missing a wheel on two of the three pieces of luggage.
