VECYS 3 5 gal Water Dispenser with Ice Maker, 27LBS Daily Ice & Child Lock

We have it outside in our tiki bar.Makes ice fairly quickly. Water comes out cold. I have not tried hot water function yet. It is compact. Great for grabbing a cold glass of water when outside working. just have to remember to use ice function a few minute a before you need it as it does not store the ice and it takes a little time to make it. We just store it in the freezer once made. just what we were looking for. just wish the wster was underneath instead of on top.

Love this dispenser/ice maker! I turn on the ice maker till it's full then transfer to the freezer. Works great! Keeps water chilled also. Haven't used the hot water function.

It is everything that I wanted it works very well and the ice is so good it help me to cut down on water waste by buying individual bottle water and when ever I want a hot cup of tea the hot water is just a touch away

It does what it says it does in the sales write-up. That would normally be a 5 star from me. It was delivered with a crack in the back of the unit. I found the operating instructions did not give the detail for the ice machine I wanted. I would have rated this experience a 4.5 if I could. Everything takes less than 10 minutes - make hot water, cold water and one batch of ice. To fill tall tumblers - just open the freezer door. This unit serves a household of 2 people in our case, perfectly. I will get another one for the cabin.

Ice Machine and Water dispenser work great. Holds lots of ice. Only issue is the machine beeps very loudly and several more times than necessary once the ice is fully, and I'm unsure if the beeping can be turned off. Other than that it's a great machine.

it does exactly what's advertised. I would give it a 5/5 if the dispenser was further from the ground. this would be better if it was bottom loading versus top loading. and then the dispenser and ice maker would be further from the ground. currently you have to bend down or squat to get to the ice maker and dispensers. Also, at regular intervals throughout the day it beeps loudly. in the process of trying to figure out if I can shut it off or not.

The ice maker broke and water leaks everywhere
