Hands down totally recommend this. Big enough for a family of 4. Yet small enough for an apartment. My portable washer broke down on me. I had it since Covid. So I was in search of a washer. 2 in 1 preferably. It took me a month to do my research and decided on this. Totally glad I did. This makes laundry days so much better. Intially I was upset because the title said that it was a dual dryer and it's not. Customer service offered for me to return but it was too late. I moved into my new place and was getting ready for the holidays so I had to keep it. Pros: Setup was easy. It was packaged very securely. It's the perfect size for small spaces. It's capacity is larger than what I expected and that made me happy. Assembly is easy and straightforward. While it does not dry like a drying machine it does have good spin quality. Cons: hoses are a nice length but I wish there were longer options because apartment bathrooms do not always have the ideal layout. It's not quite at all. In fact it's loud and I always wonder if my neighbors can hear it. But my clothes are getting washed so that makes me happy.

The washer is small it connects to the sink and you have to turn the water on and off when it's needed ugh but it works good if you got the time and remember you need a drain something to hold the hose down and other than that it's ok for one person not a comforter sheets only I see

The machine was only use abut 4 times since it was purchased, due to, left the country for a few month and when I returned the machine was use, never overloaded and it broke, not sure what, it should had lasted a few years, but did not. Do not recommended. The seller refuse to fix it because the time to put a claim expired.

Not recommended, this is bad purchase experience, before you buy it you need very very be careful, the seller wouldn't give you return if it damaged, be careful please

We bought this by the first week it broke from two different spots we never heard back from the company to replace or fix the problems we still have it sitting in my bathroom not in use for the price I believe we should have heard from the company by now for them to fix or replace would not recommend purchasing this item!!!!

makes allot of noise when spinning. scares me like something is going to break. did this without clothes also to see if that was the cause. need to return. have video of this too

Don't waste your money! Had to give it a star because the system wouldn't let me rate it a 0. Out of 0 Just bought it like 2 weeks ago and the settings were easy however the machine is defective and it doesn't spin on any settings!! And it's very loud!Very frustrating had to take the water out of it with a cup .. will return right away a waste of time!!

This is insane, the machine is garbage. First the spinning circle is rough and tare cloth or overspin to the mass of knots. But the worst to come… machine literally was turned on only few times. I bought it for newborn laundry and on the 5th use machine stop spinning at all. I tried to contact customer service multiple times- no response. Such waste of money, don't buy and stay away from this seller!!!!
