Fitment of parts was perfect, paint/powdercoat was flawless. Features like the tip seat for battery access was well thought out. This is my 4th ebike and the i'd rate it the best so far.

The S4 is perfect for my daily commute - 11 miles each way. There is plenty of battery life to get me the 22 miles to and from work, with 40%ish power left. It's a very comfortable ride owing to the fat tires, full suspension, and decent sized seat. The styling is cool too. One thing on my wish list is a cargo carrying solution from the factory - I don't believe there is one yet - I wear a bag over my shoulder to carry my lunch to work. Also I have had some communication with support and they have been extremely prompt and helpful.

I really like the bike. It has long lasting battery and powerful hub motor. Please support blinker and some extra stuffs like front rear basket 🙃 Only one thing I really dont like it your seat it is really thick and uncomfortable also it can get damage easily. I hope you are providing seat as accessory. Thanks for close follow up during purchase and shipping.

I recently left a 1 star review. due to lowered pricing and they didnt get back to me about the discounted new price. it took 2 weeks but I finally got a respond. They were able to refund we the difference, which was a good amount of discount. I enjoy my S4 its an amazing bike. I had an Ecotric before this and got Stolen in SF in less than 30 min eating lunch. I wasnt going to get another one but I saw S4 I like the Moped style it can seat 2 people(we havent tried it but shes seeing impared so she cant ride on her own . just wish you made pegs for them cause I have 3 different pegs I purchased recently and none of them work for the S4 set up. please make more accesories available

Stop scrolling and buy this EUY. I live in Miami Beach & this "Beach Cruiser" is both a "Sleeper" & a Beast! Talk about a crowd pleaser. I bought my first E-bike 4 years ago. By nature, I educate myself prior to purchasing anything. Then my friends all follow & buy the same. For every E-bike I've bought, 6 friends will follow. This EUY is my 5th E-bike & by far my "Top pick" of any Bike by any mfg in the last 5 years. I wish I could attach a few pics. I accented with Red accessories including pedals, mirrors, phone & water bottle holders, Lock, undercarriage lights etc. My Compliments & appreciation to EUY for both an amazing bike as well as Stellar customer service.

Bike came with a warped/bent rotor I got in contact with support an they responded within 2 hours an was able to send me out a new one for the freesky, also sent me money back for compensation. Best customer service/brand I've dealt with by far. Appreciate ya again

I placed my order and within a few minutes, had a confirmation and tracking number. The bike arrived, perfectly packed and 95% assembled. I've been riding traditional road and mountain bikes for 25+ years and have ordered from various brands with cost well over 10k. This bike was packed as professionally as any of the high end brands I've had before. I had also sent a separate email asking about footpegs for an additional rider. The response was within minutes. I can without a doubt highly recommend EUY!

strong frame build with safety in mind their support is good but i experienced battery issues their saying its the charger how can it be the charger if the bike powers off at 59% while riding? patience is key there might be some language barriers but at least their responding with any support stuff other then this issues it does drive great and its comfortable that extended seat makes a differenc adjustable compression which is great too overall its good quality and performs better than i expected for $1299 the range is awesome hopefully the battery issues gets solved soon

I did a lot of research on e-bikes prior to purchasing the S4. After receiving it, it stands up to most of my expectations. I am disappointed that my Kickstand constantly rubs my rear tire. Also, I'm a 228lb rider, but it does seem the battery percentage drops pretty quickly. I do wish there was a way to override the system to past 28mph. 35 mph would be more beneficial when riding on 30 mph streets and not getting passed by cars. Still happy with it, would recommend it to a new e-bike owner

I really like the bike so far. I've only put a few miles on it so i can't attest to the durability but it seems to ride great. Suspension is nice, seat is comfortable enough and tall enough for someone 6' like me. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because there are no accessories for it. It's supposed to be able to hold a passenger but there is no backrest or foot pegs i can buy so I'll have to buy some on my own and modify them to fit. Also no basket to go with it.
