Great Service
Still sussing it out - I've never taken protein shake or creatine in my life. It's been a week, I'm giving it another week to really understand the effect on my body. So far though, I can't complain. I did opt for this option to avoid bloating and gas.

Great flavor!
The chocolate version is definitely one of the best Vega products I've purchased. Nice added bonus of having Creatine added as well. Mixes really well also

Faster recovery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes great. Love that there's no casein. I am recovering faster. Ran a marathon and then could do 8 miles 3 days later without difficulty!!!

Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin
Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin. It mixed well with Almond milk for a delicious smoothie. Unsure if Creatin helped me as I didn't notice any improvement in my feelings before or after exercising.

Good creatine experience
I like the product and I like the creatine is not adversely reacting with my stomach or any bloating. It also does not cause my blood pressure to spike as other ones I've tried do. I am hoping for good results with recovery from long hard workdays!

Strange side effect.
To start I have used other Vega Sport Protein and products for over 10 years. I believe in creatine and was excited for this product. When I received it I was happy with the taste, better than the old version, Vega Sport. Unfortunately, a few days after taking it once a day I started having muscle twitches and cramps. I have used other creatine products so I am not sure why. I stopped taking it and tried again several months later with the same experience.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original container was larger in size and had more product in it. The container that I received is much smaller and it was only halfway full. Extremely disappointed.
