Vega Protein Powder + Creatine Monohydrate, Vanilla, 13 Servings, 22oz

Still sussing it out - I've never taken protein shake or creatine in my life. It's been a week, I'm giving it another week to really understand the effect on my body. So far though, I can't complain. I did opt for this option to avoid bloating and gas.

Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin. It mixed well with Almond milk for a delicious smoothie. Unsure if Creatin helped me as I didn't notice any improvement in my feelings before or after exercising.

Results its good taste good i like it . No bloating. Just started using it for a week but I noticed I stayed in the gym long and doing more reps good effect

The chocolate version is definitely one of the best Vega products I've purchased. Nice added bonus of having Creatine added as well. Mixes really well also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying this version and I like it. I like not having to buy creatine separately. The convenience of having in the protein powder I use on a daily is wonderful. I ordered creamy chocolate. Although it has a nice flavor, I don't think it tastes much like chocolate. I would still order it again though.

I like the product and I like the creatine is not adversely reacting with my stomach or any bloating. It also does not cause my blood pressure to spike as other ones I've tried do. I am hoping for good results with recovery from long hard workdays!

To start I have used other Vega Sport Protein and products for over 10 years. I believe in creatine and was excited for this product. When I received it I was happy with the taste, better than the old version, Vega Sport. Unfortunately, a few days after taking it once a day I started having muscle twitches and cramps. I have used other creatine products so I am not sure why. I stopped taking it and tried again several months later with the same experience.
