Vegan Biotin 2500mcg w/ Coconut Oil Extra Strength Biotin - 120 Veggie Softgels

I've taken biotin for years, and Im always hesitant to switch brands because some cause me to breakout on my face. I was willing to try the Sports Research brand since it had coconut oil added. I've heard of the benefits, but dont care for the taste, so having it coupled with something I already use is a win/win for me. The pill was a 2 toned small gel capsule, almost as if the 2 items were separated. It was easy to swollow, and I've been taking them for a bit over 3wks and have had no breakouts which is good. I'll continue to take them. I have a checkup in December and I'll then determine if the coconut oil benefits are worth it, but Im pleased so far.

I'm really liking this Biotin supplement! It has 5000 MCG, made with coconut oil, and comes in a bottle of 120. They are in a softgel form and are very easy to swallow. They don't have any scent or taste which makes them even better! I take the recommended dose of 1 daily with food, and so far they're working great! Lastly, they're certified vegan, gluten free, and Non-GMO.

I'm starting to go through my postpartum hair shedding and I can really notice the hair loss. I thought maybe biotin would be helpful in slowing down the hair loss or helping with hair growth. I've been taking it for two weeks now and I'm not sure if I'm noticing any change yet. However, I do like that the capsule is small and easy to swallow. I also like that it is made with coconut oil, so it has a slight coconut taste that sometimes you notice and other times you don't. I'm hoping that after using this product for longer, I will be able to really see a change with my hair.

This biotin pill is awesome! It's really easy to take (very small), has no weird aftertaste, and is very beneficial due to the fact that I only need one per day. No harsh side effects and I am very grateful for it. Did I mention how small the capsule is? That's definitely a plus and worth adding to your daily regime.

One thing in which I really liked about these Biotin softgels is that they were extremely easy to swallow, as opposed to taking a "pill". I also like the fact that they are made with Coconut Oil. This is a really great product. There is no after taste when you take it. It doesn't upset my stomach or make me feel sick. I would definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends

I take a lot of vitamins due to being in my 40s Ave not sticking to a healthy diet. I have not had any negative reactions to this supplement so I think I'll continue to use

I haven't felt any big difference as of yet although I have only been taking the biotin for a couple weeks. to be fair, I would imagine to feel big changes would take months. The supplement has vegan coconut oil which is involved in keratin synthesis, so I have that going for me.
