I had a lot of energy and I felt better. I noticed that my finger nails really grew and were strong. I would recommend Whole Food Multivitamin plus with Iron. I bought more so my husband and I can both take them. Very pleased with this product!

I love these vitamins. This is the only brand that doesn't hurt my stomach or give me headaches. I am sensitive to certain types of zinc that are in cheaper vitamins and experience side effects from them. Additionally, I buy the iron free version of these vitamins to be extra gentle on my stomach. This is the only brand of vitamins that I will ever buy for the rest of my life.

Exactly what we need

I was taking a regular multi vitamin. I was running low on iron. Started taking this and my iron level went up. Without construction.

I feel these do make me feel a bit better when I take them but you need to take three a day and they taste and smell absolutely horrible. They have a green, grassy, powdery film on the pills that I dislike. However, they seem to have a lot of good stuff in them and they are easy to swallow with a veggie shell.

I never received my vitamins because they were delivered to the wrong address. So i an still waiting to hear from store rep. on replacement.. Because i actually need these so they have to get my address right.
