I like both the Veggies Made Great Tomato Basil Frittata, 12 Ounce, 6 Count Box and the Veggies Made Great Egg Whites %26 Spinach Frittata, 12 Ounce, 6 Count Box, and I eat them together every morning, with a Chobani yogurt for just the right amount of proteins for breakfast.

Good for change of usual breakfast Meal. It is quite expensive, so make it Last ! I .Can not tell it’s Gluten Free . Great Flavor and Texture . My daughter bought it for us and I was hooked .

I have tried these and they are really good. I will buy them again. I have been buying the spinach version of these for a few years , it’s nice that they’re wrapped in cellophane, I just pop them in the microwave for a quick snack or as a side dish.

This really is good especially if you’re on the go it’s very easy put it in your air fryer or microwave and boom. You’re out the door and it taste so good as a lot of vitamins also but just because it has a lot of vitamins take your herbal vitamins. Also try to stick with all natural ingredients and products from India, Asia, and Africa, even Ethiopia Black sea oil, sour soap, oil, kidney, and liver oil put it in your coffee or any drink. You will love it. It’s very healthy for you

I really enjoyed this product unfortunately I won’t be purchasing it anymore. The prices are too high. I will miss this product.

Thought I try these to get my veggies in. Ate them for breakfast and with a salad for lunches as well. You can see the veggies in them, and they do microwave really well. For my personal taste the texture was a little dry. I will probably try these again as I need to add more items like this to my meal plans.

These are easy to prepare with clean ingredients… It’s nice to have a little variety, even though they are quite costly… Usually buy the larger boxes in Costco but to save a trip and have the tomato flavor for a change is well received.

They are ok. I purchased them for a quick breakfast during a flare when i didn't have the energy to cook. The texture is a bit off from homemade. I wouldn't buy them again for the price. Its easy enough for me to crack some eggs into a muffin tin, mix in my favorite additions and herbs, and bake them.
