Have been looking long and hard for a gazebo that was a true 12 x 12 at the base. Brought this one to fit on my lower deck. Received all three boxes within days of ordering. Everything was so well packed that a few crushed spots on the outside packaging had no impact. I couldn't wait for help so I started putting everything together on my own. Directions were pretty clear. Got all the framing and two sides of the roof done before I needed help. Everything is now in place and extremely happy with my purchase. The only downside is the Velcro ties for the netting and curtain are a bit confusing.

Love this gazebo! All three boxes arrived in good shape. Took some time to assemble. It's important to make sure everything, especially panels, fits snugly. The finished product looks very awesome and quite sturdy. The curtain and netting are included, providing me with great bug protection and shade. This gazebo creates a stylish shady spot, and the size is perfect for my backyard. I've placed a set of sofas underneath and a hanging chair. Now, it's my favorite place to relax with the family.

Looks great. Very time consuming to put it up and the supports are a little less heavy duty than I expected. Overall I really like it and believe it will last a long time. Thank you.

Just finished setting up this gazebo. Took 2 people 8 hours. Was not complicated, just follow the instructions and it's pretty straight forward. Appreciated that they provide you with extra screws and I stripped a few along the way. Material was packaged very well. Any bent pieces you can easily bend back. You need to be physically able as you will be going up and down the ladder many times. Once you get going each side is the same so your just repeating steps. I've read in a lot of the reviews how difficult the instructions were to follow My adult son who is not very mechanically inclined picked it up right away just pay close attention to the steps and you will be just fine. All in all, it's a very well-built quality gazebo and I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a solidly constructed gazebo. It came well packed in (3) fairly-heavy boxes completely disassembled. One of the boxes with the roofing arrived separately about a day later. The assembly directions were picto-graphic only, but were straightforward and fairly easy to follow. We also watched one or two online videos for tips. It took my wife, adult son and I three solid days to build on our deck. I can't imagine someone building this alone. It would take at least (2) and even then, there are situations where 2-people might struggle. We took the pieces out first, staged them where we could easily access them during construction by part-number, and cleared the copious amount of packing materials. This took about 2.5 hours. During assembly, we used 5 and 10ft step ladders, automatic hex-drivers, and a telescoping magnetic-retrieval tool for when nuts would slip into the frame during certain steps. The manufacturer does provide a single hex-wrench as a tool. There are different sized bolts that seem to have a standard thread across the different numbers. There is one size that dominates throughout the assembly, and a small number of other bolt-part numbers. It's important to use the correctly sized bolt. Pay attention to the bolt number referenced in the instructions. -And don't lose them. The manufacturer provides the number you need and maybe (1) extra. Once built it's very solid and holds up very well with no concerns during windy/stormy days. We did use deck screws to fasten the gazebo to the wooden deck vs the hardware provided by the manufacturer, but the manufacturer supplied hardware looked very solid. Please keep in mind this structure is tin/metal and it's black. Scratches on the painted finish will apparently rust. Also, the metal construction and black color hold heat very well. On hot/warm days here in Virginia, one can absolutely feel heat gathering uncomfortably as the day progresses, with the temperatures in the upper part of the structure easily reaching 5-10 degrees warmer than the lower section. However, if one removes or does not install the insect screens into the raised roof-hutch, this problem diminishes to the point it's not even noticeable. Removal of these screens truly increase airflow across that section and out from underneath the roof. We don't intend to use the insect netting so this wasn't an issue. Although the assembly was involved, and kicked-our-butts, we definitely appreciate the solid construction and wonderful cover it offers. -Would recommend.

did not get the curtain panels with the shipment. having troubles with how to reach supplier. beginning instructions were great. half way through it became very confusing and unclear. very pretty once set up. would be nice if i could get the curtains.

Extremely hard to assemble.

Very Disappointed; We never received our order. Somebody dropped the ball big time. Delivery company claimed it was delivered. Had to file a claim and still waiting for a result. This is the 2nd time we had problems with ordering from this company.
