Easy to put up except putting plastic panels in channels. Some of ends were slightly damaged. So far really nice. We have another one that is 6 months older and love it. We screwed to our deck. It seems solid. The hooks for curtains are not very strong and brake in the wind, but they did replace them twice.

It took 3 men 5 hours to set up. They were careful and taking their time. They laid out everything in order and meticulously sorted the parts. They commented this helped the process be smooth and easy. The gazebo has been up several weeks now and every day that we enjoy it we love it more. It's anchored in our cement patio and is super sturdy. The semi clear roof panels allow enough light we are able to read and eat easily. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner.

I am very happy with the Gazebo. It went up pretty easily. I was able to do it alone. One thing I would mention, there should be notice in the instructions to remove the plastic coverings on both sides of each panel

Love the look of this after install! Setting it up was exhausting and took forever %26 the roof was probably the worst part because some of the pieces didn't line up correctly but nothing we couldn't fix ourselves. The only downside so far with it completed has been the track system for the curtains, sometimes the "rollers" the curtains hang off of snag %26 you have to reach up and help it roll over the pieces that come together.

Looks great. Very time consuming to put it up and the supports are a little less heavy duty than I expected. Overall I really like it and believe it will last a long time. Thank you.

Not back and the product is still missing and days later they failed to resolve the issue, leaving me with no option, but to send everything back, they would not ship the missing product to resolve the issue. Also, one of the boxes for the roof panels, severely damaged and they failed to resolve that issue either. Very poor customer service and Walmart did not stand behind the customer to help resolve the tissue issue

It was damaged package delivered right in driveway not good condition wrong delivery date no contact before delivery

I ordered a gazebo 10 x 12 one box arrived June 30. The second box was in limbo, no matter how many times I called Walmart for my second part they always deleted it so I returned it.

I bought three of these and none of them were right! The holes didn't line up and hard to be rigged. I spent almost 3800.00. After contacting customer support they were not helpful!!!!!
