I used these to repair my dog's jacket that doubles as a harness. The velcro is strong enough to keep her from escaping (she's 9 lbs). I only wish the length was not predetermined. I had to use double pieces in some areas.

I had to make the parch a lottle smaller to fit my tote better and it cut very nicely. Now i have extras lol! I definitely recommend!

I sewed them onto an old purse that no longer fastens shut, and now it closes better than ever! I love how small but strong they are! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty awesomely strong Velcro strips. You can add them to an existing Velcro piece and it works well. There purpose I used them for worked great, I glued it on my son's you fruit pieces that Velcro together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these straps free from influenster with the idea that if I needed to fix a clasp I could. My golf bag had one of its compartments zipper break and tear off due to wear. I was able to sew these on and save the bag and the compartment. I just wish it came with a little sewing kit with it as I had to go get one to make it work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is mostly advertised for use on medium to heavy fabrics. I've mostly used them on medium weight fabrics like tablecloths or curtains. It serves as a quick and easy way to hem/shorten those thicker fabrics without too much sewing. It comes in the pre-cut sizes but they're all connected so you can cut into smaller or larger pieces, which is helpful. The velcro hold is very strong, stronger than ones I've used before so I would secure in using these with even heavier fabrics. Since this is a sew-on application, these uses have been limited to cloths but I wish I could also use them on non-fabric items as well.

You can use it on bags, clothing or any item that would allow for sewing. You don't have to be super skilled in sewing to use it. It holds pretty strong as well.
