When I first looked into using Velcro for different projects and crafts, I thought that I would have to get a roll, cut off the length that I wanted, and then sew both sides on. I was thrilled to discover these Peel%26Stick ovals. What a "No Brainer"! I haven't used them long enough to know how they hold up to laundering, but so far, I have been able to lift and reposition them, and the "sticky" side re-adheres easily.

I purchased this Velcro to keep the drapes closed in the evening. Only one or two small patches on the drapes make them stay closed. Opening the Velcro is very easy and does not get caught up in the drapes when hoping when opening. The patches are clear and can barely be seen

Wow, didn't think it wud stick, but it did !! I bought a wrap around bed skirt but for a metal platform bed frame that only had less than 2” around- therefore, I needed something to tack the bed skirt to the thin metal frame n the sticky stuff actually stayed on the material n HAS STAYED for weeks now…..very happy with purchase ! 👍

Worked well for a quick craft project, but the Velcro adhesive isn't the strongest. I've not washed the fabric with the Velcro on yet to see how it will hold up, but I'd recommend throwing a stitch in or adding some fabric glue if you need it to last long term.

If using for a costume or other quick fix to be worn immediately, these are a great solution. If you need something permanent to last through washing, this is still a good option but will need to be sewn on. Luckily the adhesive keeps it in place and you can quickly run it through the sewing machine. I used it to convert a bunch of bibs that had difficult snaps, into bibs with easy Velcro. Since they're washed on the hot sanitize cycle the adhesive flew right off most of them and had to be stitched on.

I would recommend this product for a fabric application that doesn't need too strong a closure. I tried to use it on my quilted pillow shams on the "envelope" type closure. Initially, it stayed closed but after having them on a few hours the velcro "dots" began sliding around leaving the sticky tape attached to the back of them on the fabric. I peeled them off and bought sew on. I don't know if they will stay on during a wash and dry cycle.

i would recommend them, I did not open them, but I could see that they would not work for the curtains that I bought
