This is the first time I have used a window cling film and I couldn't be happier. The instructions are easy and I had the windows covered much faster than I expected. Just clean the window, cut the film and stick it on. I have a large window in the bathroom with a built in jetted tub right in front of it. Other privacy options such as curtains, blinds or shades were not convenient because the windows can only be reached by climbing into and over the tub. Now I have light and privacy at the same time.

This was a great product that was very easy to apply! It is only meant to obscure the view looking into a window, not 100% privacy. We did however use this in two bathroom windows, so we wouldn't need to have curtains or blinds. In our situation, both bathroom are on the side of the house, facing the side of the house next door, and there is a block fence in between. If the next door neighbors are "peeping Tom's", they would still have to look very hard to see much. I have also seen other homes in the area, use it on their front doors that have large glass in them. We cannot see into their houses, but if they came up to the door, we would be able to see more. **Application tips: BARELY use a drop of dish soap in a spray bottle full of water, and only swirl to mix... DON'T shake! (The idea is to have a little slipperiness, NOT bubbles, that you will have to work out.) Also, I used straight edge razor blades and a wide (12") metal, drywall mud trowel for the straight edge. That gives the nicest, clean cuts! You can pull it off and reposition it over and over again, so don't let it frustrate you... just spray it down again 🙂

Provides the privacy I needed by my front door. Not difficult to apply but helpful to have two people.

During daylight hours you can not see through from looking inside or outside. However that's not the case when the sun goes down. Any one from outside looking in can see everything. I was disappointed and had to purchase a curtain.
