This is a really good brace I have found that it stretches a little bit once you wear it in. I really like how adjustable it is!
The only issue I have with the belt, as I am a curvy but thin woman and whenever I bend over or sit down it slips up and out of place...

It would work very well if the velcro was stronger and it doesn't stay in place due to poor grips. It slides up and have to reposition it constantly.
