Been only 1 night but keeping my fingers separated %26 wrist in a more natural position. So far doing great, keep ya informed as I start wearing it more often.

My mother's wears it everyday. She loves it. Way better than the one from therapy. Therapy approved it for her.

Overall this brace (purchased 2, one for each hand) is great; much better than ones created by physical therapist. High quality materials. Easily adjustable straps. Surprisingly comfortable for all-night wearing. At a reasonable price. Only problem that kept me from giving 5 star rating is issue of the thumb. I have rheumatoid and osteo arthritis plus often severe peripheral neuropathy, and in recent years my thumb has migrated so that it lies beneath my index finger rather than beside it. To adjust the thumb rest on the brace I had to use a set of heavy duty pliers. The good part is that the metal is relatively easy to bend. The hard part is that it is still not quite right, so I just let the thumb find its own place. Overall I highly recommend, best ones I have been able to find.
