This classic cheese block has been a staple in our family since my childhood. It melts down perfectly smooth and creamy making it the absolute best choice for a quick Rotel dip. The rich mild flavor is always consistent and delicious. A high quality household essential that I will continue to buy for years to come!
Sadly like all groceries prices are going up and/or they give your less ounces for the same amount of money….Im not singling out V….its all of the big names and it makes me sick…pass on to the corporations who just make inferior products to yesteryear all for money due to greed…again not entirely directed at Velveeta
Velveeta occupies a very specific place in the food world. Is it fancy? No. Is it gourmet? Also no. Will it make the smoothest, creamiest queso known to mankind? Absolutely. This block has been the foundation of countless cheese dips, mac and cheese upgrades, casseroles, and holiday recipes in my kitchen. It melts beautifully, mixes easily, and refuses to become grainy no matter how questionable my cooking skills may be that day. Some ingredients demand perfection. Velveeta simply wants to help. Five stars. The duct tape of the cheese world.
Best cheese dip ever melt the large package of Velveeta cheese with the 8 ounce package of cream cheese and two tans of rotelle and 1 pound of well brown breakfast sausage and 1 pound of well brown lean hamburger. Melt it all in a crockpot and eat with your favorite chips delicious
I will keep buying, because I love homemade noodles with this pasteurized cheese, even though it has bad ingredients: "Sodium Phosphate, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Calcium Phosphate, Dried Corn Syrup, Canola Oil, Maltodextrin, Lactic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Alginate, and Sodium Citrate", to name the worst ones. Real cheese would be better for you, and sometimes I use cheddar. I can't recommend because it's bad for you, but if you're going to eat bad, at least this doesn't have dyes. I got rid of a lot of bad food and every once in a while is better than every day. This melts really good, especially for grilled cheese sandwiches or macaroni %26 cheese. I would never sprinkle this, I would only use for melting.
I love velveta, but this was outdated when it arrived. I never looked at it until I was ready to use it. I had to use it since I didn’t have time to go shopping. I worked okay. Just looked funny . Next time I will check the date when it arrives.
Aldi has their Clancy's brand of this cheese product, which is every bit is good and much cheaper than the brand name Velveeta. I wish Walmart would do the same, because I've always found Velveeta to be overpriced.
where to pick up my groceries off the porch and a whole bunch of liquid was spilled over the plastic bags. Very alarming. I've never experienced this before so I did not touch it. The liquid drip down my porch running I do not have any milk water. anything to spill so I wanna know how they got and if he did steal it couldn't he let me know very upset
The carton had been extremely damaged and it arrived . The expectoration date is an extremely short period of time. Normally those dates are lengthy and this one is quite short. I have not nor will I open the pkg because I don't know if it's contaminated. I would prefer it be deducted from my cost.
Never received this order they sent me a picture that it had been delivered and it was delivered to my house but there when I went out after I got the message that it was here there wasn't anything there so I'm out $100 worth of groceries was advised by Walmart to contact the police and make a report so we did I don't know how to rectify this
