Arrived in perfect condition. Came with a waterproof cover to protect it when not in use. It was basically fully assembled, just needed to hook up my propane tank. Came with the lava rocks too. This doesn't come with a side table/propane tank cover though, but this brand does sell a matching cover. I'll probably order it next. I really like the firepit and looks good for my firepit area. It's so easy to start. My kids love making smores on it. I can fit at least 5 Adirondack chairs around, but you can probably do at least 8 chairs depending on how close you wanted seating. Or you can do a sectional around it. It's pretty low so keep that in mind. It was one of the few inexpensive and larger firepits I could find after searching and price comparing all over.
