Great customer service
Great fire pit, compact and high heat output. Not heavy to move around. Customer service is fantastic, the glass wind guard cracked and they sent me a new one quickly. Recommend the Cosiest products.

Door sizing issue
Item looked great, unfortunately, door was misshaped and so didn't fit to close. Returned to find different option. I really wanted this to work! Other reviews warned of this but I took a chance anyway. I'd try and review again in the Cosiest Company revised the product.
