Veradek Block Series Cube Small 18" Plastic Planter - Gray

I was impressed with not only the size of this planter, but also the quality. It feels very sturdy, and it has a smooth texture to it which looks very upscale, even though it's plastic. I put my planter right next to my doorstep, and filled it with marigolds. It looks so bold and cheerful right by my door. The only thing I could say negative about this planter is that it says it has drainage, but there were no holes in the interior of my planter. My husband drilled a hole for me which was not a big deal, but something to be mindful of.

This is an excellent planter. It's a little larger than I expected. But, I'll make it work. I intend to use it for for my small herb garden. The interior is raised about six inches. It will save me money in potting soil. This is a nice durable pot. Hopefully it will retain it's gorgeous color.

Really nice plant base, I have to say it's much bigger that what I expected and for this reason I have not been able to plant what I had. The base is super sturdy and well done, the weight is pretty decent for the size. I love that is all weather resistant as I live in the Pacific Northwest. Other things I like it's that it's fade resistant so no issue leaving out under the sun. I think I'm going to start a fruit tree on it. I like the color, and the base is a mix of modern and simple that goes perfect with my house.

I sat some small potted plants outside on my patio, including my beloved succulents, when unfortunately deer or some other backyard animals ate every single plant! I've been reluctant to sit another plant out there until I saw this planter by Veradek. Even though the size says small this planter is huge! It appears to even be large enough for a small root tree. Good looking too with a well seen logo plate. As large as it is, it is unbelievably lightweight with a slightly textured finish. The inside is higher than the bottom and you'll have to drill out drain holes. You can tell by the feel of the planter that it is long lasting and durable. Although it says fade resistant, I do plan to keep it out of our brutal evening sun. It is also scratch resistant, crack proof, and all weather. I want colorful flowers that pop against the black so I've planted pink azaleas. Just a fantastic planter and would make an excellent gift for gardeners.

This is such an awesome, versatile, and modern planter. I got this in black, but if other earth toned colors become available I'll be ordering more. It's lightweight but doesn't look easy to maneuver, and looks stunning. Super happy with this planter.

I really like this rather large planter pot. Its well made and pretty solid. I'm sure I can put in any plant of choice. It says in the flyer that it has hole for draining but I don't see it. There's a groove but hole isn't there. Can be made before planting any plant. Love the dark color. I'm planning to use it indoors and it says won't fade if kept outdoors. This is great. Love the square shaped planter. Good depth too

When I opened the box and took out this planter I was so impressed with how modern looking it was. It is solid black in color, cubed shaped being 14 inches by 14 inches interior. The planter itself is 18 inches tall. It looks very durable for something that looks so good. It is fade resistant, scratch resistant, all weather resistant, and crack proof. It has a drainage hole in the first center bottom that you simply cut out which drains to another 2 holes already cut out on the very bottom. The design of the bottom also allows it to sit an inch above the surface it is on for better drainage. After seeing how much I love this one I cannot wait to purchase a second one to match as I will have them both in my front entrance way for everyone passing by or coming over to see. Simply an awesome planter.

This is a nice looking cube planter in a modern looking black color. It is quite large even though the box says it's a "small cube". It stands about 22" high and is pretty wide so I plan to use this with my larger plants or even citrus plant that needs an in between spot before going into the ground. By itself, it is a little heavy but I was able to lift it by myself out of the box. There is a nice silver Veradek label on the front but as you can see in my picture, it's a little crooked which doesn't help the look much. There are 2 drainage holes on the bottom for you to let water out if needed. I think this would be a great piece to use with a faux plant for inside the house as well. There is a plastic like smell upon opening but not sure if that is the actual planter or the plastic bag that the planter came covered with. The cube shape makes this planter very aesthetically pleasing and sets it apart from other planters that I have. Not sure if it is quite worth the price tag and I'm a little concered if the plastic material will hold up and if the black color will fade in the sun. The label that came with the box states it is fade resistant, all weather resistant, crack resistant, etc. It also shows a 5 year warranty but I didn't find any information on how to obtain/register for the 5 year warranty.

I really wanted something that would like more like a permanent fixture on my front porch for a planter. This Veradek cube sure looks the part. I'm not sure how well it's going to hold up, though. The double wall construction is really just a hollowed-out with thin walls. It feels like if it gets too hot that it will either warp or even melt. Also, as tall as it is, it is deceiving on how much it can actually hold. The interior is very shallow for a planter. It's more like it's built to look large but not hold anything substantial. There are also no drain holes. There's a nipple-like circle in the bottom inside, but it's not a pop-out or perforated at all. And if I do decide to drill a hole, then it will just drain into the bottom empty part of the planter unless I drill another hole for that to pass through. Very odd design. So I will have to keep an eye on the water I put in. Overall, I do like the look of it. I just hope it holds up to UV rays and heat.

Very nice, this is big and great for entry way planter i havent had time to plant anything yet but this will hold so much even shrub. It is thick and sturdy like the plastic coffee pots are made of . Inly drawback is it says it has drainage bit there seems to be a plug glued into center and no instructions on how to remove.
