Convenient shape and simple buttons, help measuring temperature of anything fast. No weird procedures, like brushing across forehead, found in other electronic thermometers. No contact, no germs, no need to reclean.
Great thermometer, very accurate and helpful in the clinics on a crying babies!
I loved how you can scan your child while sleeping. My husband is a paramedic and he loved t his one to and thought it was very accurate. It worked great until my baby thru it across the tile floor!
Have to consistently change batteries
Well its good for room temperature and sometimes on temperature but after using it and under the arm it was off. For head 99-100 but under arm normal . I dont just have to buy and try it yourself
Seems to read a few degrees low. Burns through batteries. Need to change batteries after first week.
I know you can get a lemon any time and I don't know if that is what happened to me or the product is just completely useless. I opened the container, read the instructions and attempted to use the product as designed. It said my temp was 87.5 F. I made numerous attempts and re-read the instruction several times. In only one case did the instrument give a reading that even closely approached a body temp for a living human. The best thing I can say is that Walmart, true to their custom, took the return and credited my account on the spot without any problems. GO Walmart!
Temperature readings jump around too much gives false readings
