This was my 3rd try on purchasing a stethoscope and sphygomamanometer from Walmart for my clinical classes. The first two I returned because I simply could not hear anything with them. However, this one seems to be better and I can clearly hear a heartbeat. As far as longevity, I won't know that for a while.

The cuff isn't too bad, but very hard to put on for a person to do for themselves. The stethoscope however, is horrible and you can't even hear your heartbeat with it. Decent cough you do that.

i dont know how to use it.

Im having trouble hearing through stethoscope. Heart beat is super faint via chest, abdomen, inguinal regions, back area, etc. Blood pressure sleeve pump works fine. Color, size and other details are very accurate as pictures show. Probably going to return it, specifically because I need a more clear reading out of the stethoscope.
