I got this light as part of my recovery from long COVID. I have been using the light consistently for at least 15-20 minutes every morning and, in conjunction with other interventions, this light has made a huge difference in my sleep. The device itself is lightweight and easy to set up and use. I recommend.

I have used this light to get my sleep pattern back to normal. It has worked awesome, plus I have increased energy.

I've been using my Lucent happy light for about a week now and usually first thing in the morning when I do my daily reading. I feel like I have more energy in the mornings now. I've also used it in the afternoons if I start to drag or it the weather starts to make me feel closed in. So far so good!

This is a great little light for lifting my mood. I have been using this for 3 weeks and see an increase in energy. Normally at the end of my work day I am exhausted but I feel better at the end of the day now. It's a slight but noticeable change. Here's hoping that once we turn the clocks back, this continues!

The Lucent came very well packed. Everything was there and worked fine. It can truly fit in a briefcase, laptop bag or backpack and be just fine. I have recommended it to many people. I knew I would be inside alot during the pandemic so that is when I got it. Now we learn that getting vitamin d3 helps lessen covid19 symptoms and you can get it with your happy light without popping a single pill.

Unfortunately it got returned. Not recommended for people in 60's with macular issues. The description should indicate this beforehand, not just in the the manual that is included. Otherwise, it seemed to be a neat little "happy" light.

I love the light, but the on/off button is very difficult to use. There is ONE spot inside the soft button that will turn the light on or off and it is not always easy to locate. The whole button does not operate the light.

It's pretty bright but it flickers. I can't upload video here but if u take a slow mo video u will it it flickers and I don't know why all the ppl highly recommend it.
