Great Pricing
I didn't even know I had a Verizon battery box until it started beeping to notify me the battery needed replacement. I got the specifics from the old one, got online and ordered. Within a couple of days, the new one arrived. It was easy to install and I am good to go. This price was much better than Verizon charges.

Great Deal on Battery
When the new battery replacement was acquired, our unit was working like it did when we got it installed. Now, we don't have to worry about our phone lines being down during a power outage.

It worked well. Unfortunately, the Verizon box is defective with no power coming in since a storm, and the new battery is now drained. It worked as described.

Product arrived very promptly, but with shipping damage. The corner of the battery was dented and a trace of electrolyte gel was visible. I installed it anyway, and it is functioning properly. I am concerned about reduced product life because of the damage
