By far the best Moto phone for the price! The Moto Actions: 3 finger tap for screen shot, pick up to silence, shake twice for flashlight to mention a few make it a super user friendly phone. Great camera and nice screen. Comes preloaded with games and apps that eat up space but are easily deleted if you don't want them. I have a hard time justifying hundreds of $ for a phone but missed the perks. This phone gives you a lot for the price.
I already had a Verizon phone plan but didnt want to buy a new IPhone and because of my little usage went with a pay as you go plan. I chose this for ease on keeping my phone number. Switched over easy but had to enter my contacts manually and no photos came ver because went from IPhone to Android which s what this is. Still getting used to. I did have a problem with call sound but Verizon helped correct that. So far pleased.
This prepaid Verizon phone feels and performs like a high-quality phone. It's solid, feels great in the hand, has many moto functions that add to the experience that isn't on any other phone I've owned. You need to buy one to understand. It has a very generous Internal storage at 32G ! It takes great pictures as well. It's just a fun fun phone.
Good phone for the price.
The phone is nice but there's a few things on it I am having a hard time getting use to, having to slide the screen over to get from screen to screen is hard, I like my other phone that you had one little circle and it closed out of everything, Then I can't receive text messages, I can send them but can't receive any, I've googled it and messaged help desk but their instructions I can't find what they are talking about. I like the size of the phone and the picture is much clearer than my old phone. I'm still getting use to it. But I do like the phone
hone came locked into Verizon. It cannot be released months. We cannot wait that long.
I have been a Moto fan for 10 yrs! But I got to say this is been my most disappointing phone The battery barely 18hrs. the swipe right... WORST FEATURE EVER, especially since I read on my phone many hours a day, not to mention when you're trying to browse and shop... if you don't hit it right in the middle it backs out of what are your looking at!!! The camera may have 15 megapixels but if you zoom it passed .25 it pixelates the whole picture! My microphone started out great but after a couple months quality of conversation has drastically diminished. And don't even get me started on messenger plus. I can keep going on and on about all the features that have been"UPGRADED"!! Motorola... changing perfectly good features... for the sake of charging more and so you can rule out a "new" product... IS NOT IMPROVED INNOVATION!!
the things I like about this phone..... it sounds good and people on the other end of the call can hear me clearly. the things I hate about this phone.... everything else. it crashes constantly and I have to clean the cache every day. it's very slow and that's including me putting an SD card in it. it would not be hard to get a better phone for $100 and if I were you I would not buy this thing. it's crap.
giving it what store is little too much how to spell now for 7 days I've got to use it maybe a total of 5 minutes and continually shuts off screen freezes I called Motorola I called Verizon everyone no one can help me they just said it's defective so now I got to find somebody take me back to the store just been more money I don't have because of a piece of crap oh and it's been trying to do they said if I did a software system update it would help but we get all the way to 85% of it being done the first light off I barely get a text and I can barely get a phone call when in just don't waste your money
I typically get phones for my kids and let them connect to wifi from home. This phone requires you to activate it or you can't use it. PERIOD. Good luck trying to remove the sims card from the device. I've tried numerous forums. You cannot connect it to WIFI. It will cycle back and forth between "activate this now" and "you can't use it unless it's activated" screens. I contacted Verizon for assistance; they will not help you bypass the activation screen.
